Cancellation policy

Navigator Subscription Cancellation Policy

We believe in transparency, fairness, and putting you in control.

Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your Navigator subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.

Access Through the End of Your Billing Period
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. After that date, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged for another billing period.

Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us so we can review the charge.

How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation options provided through your Navigator account or by contacting the Founder’s Institute of Medicine & Education for assistance. We will not require you to purchase another product or service in order to cancel.

Reactivation
If you change your mind, you may reactivate your subscription at any time, subject to the subscription options and pricing available at that time.

Your Privacy
Cancellation stops future subscription billing but does not change how previously collected information is handled. Personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Questions or Billing Concerns
If you have questions about your subscription, cancellation, or a billing issue, please contact the Founder’s Institute of Medicine & Education using the contact information provided on this website.

Our Commitment
Navigator is intended to provide clear, evidence-based educational information about medicine, emerging science, and areas of uncertainty. We want your decision to subscribe—and your decision to leave—to remain yours.
