Refund policy

Navigator Refund Policy

We want Navigator subscriptions to be straightforward, transparent, and fair.

Subscription Payments
Navigator subscription fees are charged according to the billing schedule and price disclosed at the time of purchase.

Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

Cancellation
You may cancel your Navigator subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals and charges but does not ordinarily generate a refund for the current billing period. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access to Navigator through the end of the period for which you have already paid.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or billed after a cancellation should have taken effect, please contact the Founder’s Institute of Medicine & Education. We will review the transaction and, when appropriate, correct or refund an erroneous charge.

Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances at our discretion and where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to Subscription Pricing
Any changes to subscription pricing will apply as disclosed to you and in accordance with applicable law. A price change does not retroactively alter charges for subscription periods already purchased.

How to Request Assistance
Questions about a charge or potential refund may be submitted using the contact information provided on the Founder’s Institute of Medicine & Education website. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant transaction, but do not send sensitive financial information such as a full credit-card number.

Our Commitment
Navigator is built around clarity and responsible communication. We apply the same principles to billing: charges should be understandable, cancellations should be straightforward, and genuine billing errors should be corrected.
